The Asskicker Room was a location on the Shores of Acheron. Here, Dante found Lucifer with Beatrice who taunted him about his lost love. After Lucifer flew away, several Guardian Demons and Minions spawned and a battle ensued. This room was just before the rope to board Charon.

- The name of this room is a derivative of the concept art for Dante's Inferno, in which the art form was titled "Asskicker" Room.
- This room is the one shown in the upgrade menu, where the player can spend souls.
